I did this sample spread for my book last month. My coordinator and the writer liked it, except that they wanted the main character to be in it.
Recently though, I got a note from the publisher saying something about heavy black lines and that they don't want 'em in the book.
I guess they've never seen rubber cuts and the like before.
Fine. I'll render my outlines some other color then. :-P
