Magic.

Today I dropped by Sir Mel's figure drawing workshop at UP CFA. While schmoozing I found out that at least three more InKies were messaged by that skongkrang texter.

We had very filling lunch at Chocolate Kiss then went back to CFA for the monthly Ang I.n.K. meeting. I stayed long enough to see the first part of a 3d animation talk, then I took off in a cab to Jesus Loves the Little Children Foundation in Pasig for the PHP outreach event.

I met a bunch of PHP members for the first time, and saw some old acquantances as well. The kids at the outreach were well-behaved and friendly. I played live Quidditch very briefly (I sucked as a Chaser). Soon after I stayed indoors and instead taught some of the kids how to draw on the blackboard while the rest of them went on with the game (minus the flying and the brooms, but I noticed it can be just as brutal as in the movies hehehe). The kids wanted us to come back the next day. As we were leaving the venue, someone threw a red crepe paper flower into the car onto my lap. How sweet. (n_n) I hung out with PHP guys at Galleria before heading home.

As much as I'd like to go back to the foundation and be with the kids, my muggle life can only accommodate events like this once in a while. :-( Maybe when work eases up a bit? I'll look forward to that then.

I'm tired. But I had a fulfilling day. (n_n)
