Fried.

The weather is killing me.

I ran errands and endured the Monday bank rush today. First I went to BPI to deposit some checks. Fell in line at around 11 a.m., and was served 12:30 p.m. One and a half hours standing in line! Argh.

The waiting doesn't end there. I headed for Metrobank next-- again, to deposit some checks. The lounge was full of waiting clients. I took a number from the counter (72). The teller then called out, "Number one please!" (Aaack. 71 more to go!!! :-P) Good thing they had seats.

I headed for the lone vacant seat located at the busted a/c area. Ugh. Ang inet. And it was dimly lit, too, so no reading for me. By the time they were serving number 18 I was bored out of my wits. Took out my phone and started playing Bounce. The security guard reprimanded me for using my mobile phone within bank premises. I told him I was only playing a game and I also remarked on their unbelievably slow service. Kainis. I left the bank at around 3 p.m., hungry and irritable.

I'll be praying for more clouds today.
