Strike!

It's nice to move around the city during the holidays. There's hardly any traffic, and it's not hard to park anywhere! Heheheh...

That's how it was today when we went to Eastwood to attend this SWP event:

Nico and I started off the afternoon with a few games of 9 ball. Then Nico competed for one of the special SWP games, and he won neat prizes for sinking balls totalling 66 points with only two mistakes (you can't go over or under 66, and you're only allowed 3 missed shots). He took home an R2-C3PO walkie talkie, a deck of Star Wars playing cards, a Yoda tee and chocolates. How cool is that?

We joined two rounds of the Attack of the Clones bowling tournament. We lost the first tourney, but we ranked second place on the second round. (Ang galing ko chumamba! Hehehe...) Sadly, it's a winners-take-all kind of thing so we didn't get a prize. I also tried the blindfold bowling thing and hit 9 pins in one go. Someone beat me with a strike tho. Then I Nico and I played more 9-ball rounds. Nico won mostly, but at least I won twice, fair and square heheh. Feeling competent ako haha.

I didn't royally suck at bowling today (mainly because they had gutter guards hahaha). Maybe we could do it again. Fun fun fun! (n_n)
