Conflict.

It's been a week of conflict and misunderstanding. Just what I need, a couple of loud arguments to spice up my so-called life and interpersonal relationships. On top of that, a hectic working schedule. :-P

I finally saw Ang Pagdadalaga ni Maximo Oliveros on the big screen last night. At napabilib ako ulit kay Aureus Solito. (And I remember college days when we used to watch all the plays he directed. Ang Maikling Buhay ng Apoy was the last I saw.)

I liked the simplicity, the awkwardness, the mixed emotions. Less words, more images.

Nakakadistract lang 'yung pagtetext ng katabi ko na girlfriend ng isang sikat na dating child star (na kasama rin niya). :-P

I haven't had my second helping of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire! Argh. And I want to watch The Exorcism of Emily Rose, only I don't have anyone to watch it with me. (Nico is too chicken for it. Bokbokbok!) :-P

I've been to see Chicken Little last Friday, but the theatre experience wasn't too enjoyable for me with all those noisy and seat-kicking kids all around me (and Nico was snoring from time to time).

The trouble with buying books for other people is that I end up buying books for myself. :-P

Last night I picked up my copy of Siglo: Passion. (Thank you, Luis!!!) I can't wait to read it. That reminds me, I need to buy a new lightbulb for my lampshade. :-P
