Wow, I skipped a day. I haven't checked my mail in two days. Ganun ako ka-hectic. Right now I'm here at Nico's house using the puter. (Habang kumakain at nagchichikahan 'yung mga kamag-anak nila sa itaas andito ako feeling antisocial. Anubayan.)

Kwento, kwento...

Thursday: Unproductive day. I spent it at home, thinking about the stuff that needs to be done, but I didn't accomplish anything. I did a few sketches and some cutting film (yeah, I'm still at it) but that's just about it.

Jovi was feeling under the weather so I had to cancel Matilda's gig that night at Mayrics. I listened to a bunch of cds instead while struggling with chapter 3 of Dandelion Wine.

Grabe, halos patayin ako sa asar ni Nico nung gabing iyon (actually hanggang ngayon), kasi sinabihan ako ng bagong Ciudad album na I 'must be bored out of [my] skull'. Di raw magets ni Nico kung paano ko nakita 'yun (basta, yun), at ayaw na raw niyang alamin kasi baka maawa lang daw siya sa akin. Hmf. Salamat ha.

(Meanwhile Nico is snoring on the den couch...)

Friday: Pinilit kong gumising ng maaga pero ang hirap bumangon kasi putol-putol na naman ang tulog ko, masakit sa ulo. I went to Quad 2 for the MEA gig, hung out at the lab while Nico and his partner finished their thesis paper, and went to Big Sky for the second Narda gig.

We ate too much that night. Pasta at Ateneo, garlic and cream cheese pita at Big Sky and beers/fruit shakes (libre ni Mark V, kasi nanalo siya ng dalawang unang gantimpala sa Gawad CCP for his short film Manggang Matamis) and shawarma plate & keema at Mister Kabab (libre naman ni Jing kasi birthday niya today. Happy birthday, Attorney Up-Yours!). Grabe. Kabusog. (Paano na kaya ang diet ko? Hmmm...)

I also bought bangles and abubot from Bernie, and 2 copies of the Drip EP (one for myself, the other for Nico). Ganda! :-) (And Nico bought me a hair chopstick with a little kitty with bells. Cute-cute! Thank you!)

And now that leaves me Today, which I started late 'cause I'm having trouble sleeping again. I did Annette's =w= shirt today (finally), and started on Jing's na rin. I have one more design to do.

And I'm just killing time here before we leave for two gigs. ('Is that Ciudad? Yes, son, it's me.' launch tonight!!!)
