Timezoned.

Nico surprised me with tickets to Actors Actors' Once On This Island today, so we went off to Makati to see it. (Awwwww...)

When you're running late, Makati is the worst place to be. 'Nuff said.

We missed the first three songs of Once.... Star-struck kami kay Kuya Bodjie. He did well as Timoun's father. Bituin Escalante made an excellent Asaka, she pulled off the song numbers really well. Ok rin si Jett as Papa Ge. All in all the show was good. Mejo stark nga lang 'yung production, but that's forgiveable.

This is my fourth time to experience this musical (twice by Rep and once by Company of Players), di pa rin ako nagsasawa. :-)

I accompanied Nico to mass at Greenmeadows after late lunch at Tokyo Tokyo. We saw a lot of familiar faces. Tas na-starstruck kami ulit nung nakita namin si Joey de Leon na nakapila sa communion. Hehe...

We picked up Marnie at Gateway after mass then we headed for Marquinton (concede ka na, Nico), our newest favorite place.

Timezone is evil. We spent a ridiculous sum of money again to play Whack-A-Croc (damn I miss my Whac-a-Mole!!!), Road Hawg, basketball, skee-ball, bowling, House of the Dead 2, Wheel of Fortune, Daytona... you get my drift.

I have now personally resolved to stay away from Timezone for at least two weeks. Good luck sa akin. :-P
